I’m Ruby Boyce

I am an artist, an aunt and an active type.

By day I work as a Designer at a stationery company which I am proud to be a part of. There, I create beautiful patterns, Illustrations and design and artwork a range of gorgeous stationery products. I spend my evenings and weekends growing my skills as an illustrator, building my portfolio and co-running a women’s cycling group which has turned into an amazing, growing community of cyclists.

I started Ruby The Illustrator in 2020 as a way of showcasing my work and as a bit of self encouragement to keep developing my skills. To me it has become a way of connecting with like minded people and becoming part of the Surface Pattern Design community. I hope that it can eventually become a place for me to share my knowledge of the industry and give support to budding creatives.
